Question 1

What is a Google Business Profile and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

A Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is a free listing that appears when people search for your business on Google Search and Google Maps. It shows your address, hours, photos, reviews, and services. Optimizing it is one of the most impactful things you can do for local SEO. Question 2

How long does it take to see results?

Accepted Answer

Most businesses see an improvement in their local ranking and customer engagement within 2 to 4 weeks after implementing the kit's recommendations. Google's algorithm needs time to index your updated profile information and photos.

Question 3

Do you provide hands-on implementation support?

Accepted Answer

No, Orama is a self-service optimization tool. We provide you with a professional, AI-powered blueprint (the Kit) that includes all the copy and strategies you need. You are responsible for copying and pasting these elements into your Google Business Profile and managing your listing.

Question 4

Is this a recurring monthly subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Orama is a one-time payment of $7 per optimization kit. There are no hidden fees, no recurring charges, and no account is required to use our service.

Question 5

Can I use one kit for multiple business locations?

Accepted Answer

Each kit is custom-generated based on the specific services, location, and unique differentiators of a single business profile. For the best SEO results, we recommend generating a dedicated kit for each location you manage.

Question 6

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Orama never stores your credit card information on our servers.

Question 7

Will this guarantee a #1 ranking on Google Maps?

Accepted Answer

While our kits follow Google's latest local SEO best practices to maximize your visibility, no service can 100% guarantee a #1 spot. Local rankings depend on many factors including your distance from the searcher, your competitors' activity, and your overall review rating.

Question 8

What is Orama and how does it fix my Google Business Profile?

Accepted Answer

You answer a few simple questions about your business and our AI generates a complete optimization kit including SEO-optimized descriptions, Google Post templates, category recommendations, photo checklists, review response templates, and a 30-day action plan — all delivered as a professional PDF.

Question 9

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If the kit isn't useful to you, email support@getorama.app within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No form, no questions.

Question 10
